A 92-year-old brand looking to revamp their brand to a younger demographic, Clairol launched their first global campaign in 5 years with the help of our agency. Keeping the momentum, they partnered with Amazon Prime’s trendy new ‘70s show Daisy Jones & The Six, leaning into the power of nostalgia.

Our ask? To come up with a digital “how-to” campaign to getting the characters’ looks with Clairol products. In collaboration with copywriter Sydney Stephens, we were inspired by Clairol’s old ‘70s ads as a nod to their heritage. It was great to be able to fully own this ideation and bring it to life, with the trusting eye of CD Summer Burton and AD Aashna Shah.
